In order to maintain our world-leading position, we need employees who enjoy their work and who want to develop with us.

The well-being of our employees is therefore very important, and individuals and companies have considerable responsibility for being open and paying attention to the nature of their time at work and their life in general. Safety and the environment are extremely important to us, and are our top priority when making decisions. We do not compromise on the safety of our employees or customers, and we work actively with both environmental and working environment issues. We try to adopt a wide-ranging and comprehensive approach regarding initiatives for our personnel. Enjoyment and a feeling of solidarity, as well as a range of keep-fit activities, are important aspects in this work.
